Entertainment magazines have benefited from the start of awards season, kicking off with the return of the Golden Globes on January 10 on NBC and the Critics’ Choice Awards on January 15 on The CW.
CBS Media Ventures Entertainment This evening and Inside Editing led the pack with each at a 2.4 domestic rating live plus on the same day, while Warner Bros. More hit a season high of 0.7 in the week ended Jan. 15. HEY climbed 4% for the week and 26% in the previous two weeks to hit its best household figure since Thanksgiving week, while Inside Editing held at its best of the season for the fourth time in six weeks.
More improved 17% for the week and 40% over the past two weeks to match Fox TMZwhich has held its season high for three of the past four weeks, for fourth place among magazines. More reached its highest ranking since Halloween week.
In third place, NBCUniversal’s Go to Hollywood remained at its season high of 0.8 for the fifth time in six weeks. fox Plate Nation nibbled at 0.2 for the 37th time in the last 38 regularly headlined weeks (excluding the Soccer World Cup on Fox).

Among the key Women’s Day demographic ages 25-54, inhabit leading with a 0.6, followed by CBS Media Ventures Dr Phil at 0.5 and Disney Tamron Hall at 0.4, marking a new demographic high for the season Hall.

Warner Bros.’ Jennifer Hudson, recently resumed for another season, remained stable at 0.6 and increased by 50% among women 25-54, from 0.2 to 0.3 to tie Sherri in the demo.
NBCUs Karamohosted by Karamo Brown, hit a season high of 0.4 for a fourth consecutive week.
CBS’ Danger! – which, with its access partner CBS’ Wheel of Fortunejust renewed on ABC-owned stations under a five-year deal — up 2% to 5.9 to lead games and all syndication as usual. Wheel of Fortune stayed at 5.4 to finish second for the sixth time in seven weeks, while Debmar-Mercury family quarrel finished at 5.0 for a third consecutive week. fox 25 words or less lost 13% to 0.7, tying Fox You bet your life with host Jay Leno, held for the fourth consecutive week.
