The Standard is located in Midtown and within walking distance of university-affiliated areas like Tech Square and the CODA building, which offers great places to eat, from Asian fusion to a slice of classic pizza. As for entertainment, The Standard is five minutes from some iconic Atlanta attractions, like the Fox Theater, which features various musicals and musical artists.
Located less than a five-minute walk from Midtown MARTA Station, The Mark is an apartment complex with access to many great foods and experiences. Just one MARTA stop away is the Arts Center, home to attractions such as the High Museum of Art and the Woodruff Arts Center.

It’s also relatively close to one of Georgia’s biggest event spaces, the State Farm Arena, which hosts a variety of shows.
